DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE! Very unprofessional, zero empathy, zero compassion, vet who was unsure of what she was doing. Will never know if they caused my dog to die. Took my 10 year old Shorkie to them as she was having breathing difficulty but otherwise fine. Woman at the desk was rude and only concerned about getting paid. Could not go in with my dog. Said she had a heart murmur ( which we knew she had from birth) said they gave her an injection, sent some meds with me and I attempted to leave. Dog had an event in my lap. Rushed back in as the dog was limp in my arms. Still could not be with her. Vet tells me she fainted and was sitting up and looked fine. She said she had to wake up her boss to make sure she was doing the right thing. Really? Then she said the dog had a mass on her heart? Again had to pay before treatment. They then did another procedure - next thing we know is that she is dying and we need to euthanize her! They said they were doing chest compressions and they brought her to us - dead. She was already cold! I think she died in my arms when she had the event - they made it seem like she was still alive. Worst day of my life and I will never know what they did - We weren't allowed to be with her - She died alone and afraid. The only thing they made sure of was to get paid up front. I will never know what happened or if what this unsure vet did to my dog caused its death.
Had a great experience! Doctor and staff were all very compassionate, and handled my dog great in spite of her being a little shy. They were very thorough and spent lots of time talking with me. They fixed my dog right up and she was back to her wiggly self when done. Pricing is very reasonable, despite concerns that an emergency clinic would charge high prices. It's a great feeling to know PAW will always be there when our dog needs care!
Great experience. Dr. Ponce was wonderful. I felt she took her time to explain what was going on and answered all of my many questions. When we left there I felt very confident my boy would be fine.
I was terrified for my puppy Atlas, he was not moving and seemed to be in a lot of pain. They got me in immediately after I called freaking out. I was there for 3 hours, I also had my other pup Fin with me. They accommodated us perfectly and the Dr. took amazing care of us. I'm so grateful of their service!!
We brought our cat here during an emergency (Saddle Thrombus). While he had to be put down, I will be forever grateful with how they treated our family and him that night. RIP Howard
Think carefully before going here.
